FAQS

General Information

  • Your Blippi and Friends Profile allows you to share your subscription access with other devices logged into your Profile. You will need an email address and a password to create your Blippi and Friends Profile. Keep an eye out for your verification code in your email to complete your Profile setup and then use your login credentials on your supported devices to access all subscription content!

Progress is saved locally to each individual device and is not shared between devices logged into the same Profile.

  • Access to all current and future content within Blippi and Friends is included when you purchase a subscription, along with sharing your subscription access on up to 5 different devices logged into your Blippi and Friends Profile.

  • To ensure privacy and security, all data is saved locally on your device. As a result, all user created content and user progress will be lost if the app is uninstalled and progress cannot be transferred between devices.

  • If you're having trouble accessing your Blippi and Friends Profile, we would encourage you to ensure that the subscription holding device is logged into your profile.

Each time your subscription is renewed, you will need to log into your Profile on the device that purchased the subscription. Doing this will refresh the renewed subscription on the devices that are signed in with that Profile. Check that you have a strong internet connection then close and reopen the Blippi and Friends app then try logging in to your Profile again.

If you're receiving an error when attempting to login to your Profile, ensure that your email perfectly matches the one used to create your Profile because it is case sensitive.
